...ok well i've done this and to get the effect outta it you are supposed to use whole nutmegs and crush them up...don't just by the spice from the store you must have the whole thing.....but just as a foregoing warning it does not work ...trust me look at my signature....if you really want everyting you can smoke/inhale that actually works email me cuz i have done so much of it...my sig doens't even cover everything i've done in desperation (i've matured a shytload since then and have come to realize not every second of my life can be spent fucked up) ....althought a warning now.....most of them are severly dangerous/harmful and are not really suggested by me because they have a hell of a lot more disadvantages then advantages to a max of a five minute high

u buy whole nutmegs n grind it up really powdery n then smoke it.........it tastes like sausages n it does work if u roll a nice big fatty but u only get dizzy n it only lasts for about 5 min........wouldnt do it again waste of time but kool
