Nah...B vitamins just add color to highly diluted urine. I HAVE passed a pre-employment drug test 48 hours after smoking by using the dilution method of drinking lots and lots of water, along with taking B vitamins to add color to my urine, and taking aspirin, which alledgedly masks positive results in SOME types of tests. It really depends upon the type of test and the levels needed for a positive result.

Really, though, like everyone else here has said, you need to prepare for the worst.

The last time I smoked was on Monday at like 3 PM, but since then I've been drinking a lottttttt of water. Like all I've done is drinken so much water since Monday and I even drank a bottle of water right before the drug test. Do you think I'll show up positive, I'm pretty sure I will:-\. Rating: 5
