who's to say some despot won't get into power and abuse this? has that never happened before? why is it necessary in the first place? it certainly doesn't make you safe.
Thats exactly what i think, there no evidence to say these things are gonna do anything appart from enable what ever powers that be to know exactly where every one is .once they are in they are in- forever.
