you shouldnt work out for 2 hours a day bro..thats kinda pushing it..try 1 hour tops..
and yeah, protein is what makes muscle.. you can lift all you want, but if you dont eat right and get enough protein,nothing will happen
soldier1944 Reviewed by soldier1944 on . protiene hey i play highschool football, and i want something to help me build strong muscles with good definition and good strength, i work out for about 2 hours a day average and today i started taking protene supplements, its whey grain and vanilla flavored, tastes so good, like cake, and after only one day i feel more energized, and the level of sore-ness from working out has decreaced, i know protene turns into amino acids which build and shap he muscles, other than that im clueless, anyways my Rating: 5
