Actually when I used to be in the lifting programs for basketball we used to have 2 hour workout sessions followed by a practice sometimes too. It all just depends on how you spend those two hours. When you are working out legs and arms on the same day time flies by faster than you'd think.
Mindscape Reviewed by Mindscape on . protiene hey i play highschool football, and i want something to help me build strong muscles with good definition and good strength, i work out for about 2 hours a day average and today i started taking protene supplements, its whey grain and vanilla flavored, tastes so good, like cake, and after only one day i feel more energized, and the level of sore-ness from working out has decreaced, i know protene turns into amino acids which build and shap he muscles, other than that im clueless, anyways my Rating: 5

1 hour for lifting weights every day is way too much. You overtrain your muscles thus no gains are made. Lift 2-3 times a week

Realty is a fun place to visit, but I wouldn\'t want to live there.

All in all, my experience with whey protien is great. I recommend you continue using it.
P.S. There is no such thing as working out too much. My freind is a body builder (has entered several competitions) and he spends at least 4 hours in the gym 6 times a week (sometimes 7) bu8t that's only when he's going out for competition. Like I said everyone's goals are different, the harder you work the better the results. my 2 cents
