a triple c is qCoricid qCold and qCough gels.
qSafety on dxm is still rather controversial. qIt is believed to cause qOlney's qLesions q(spellingq). qIt is also possible to overdose on dextromethorphan. i believe the ld 50 is somewhere around 1.2 to 1.5 grams, for the average person. as a side note, ccc's also contain an antihistamine, some form of an aluminum compound i think, which is extremly easy to overdose on. many a death have been at the hands of the triple c's. be careful... always remember to research, research some more, and then even a bit more, before you decide to do anything, and always respect your drugs, sounds silly but it's terribly true

edit: forgot to mention that dxm will react with any selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or mono amine oxidaise inhibitors that are in, or have been in your body in the past three weeks. the product of this combination can be fatal hypertension, or high blood pressure.
