What is the likelyhood of being charged if I were to sell bongs online for herbal smoke purposes.I live in Canada an am also looking for a good wholesaler/manufacturer of metal pipes,acrylic tubes,ect. Can anyone help? THANKS

um.. bongs arent illegal.. just cant sell them to kids... so have a legal disclaimer or something telling them they have to be of age before they can orger from u..

hey man be careful.The famous pot head chong(cheech and chong) is in prison for selling bongs on the intrnet.Now it may just be because he called them "bongs"and not water pipes like u should,but definitely consult a lawyer if this is a serious buisness venture.I f its just a little something something then dont risk it.
