parole dug test in one week

help- i have a urine test coming up in like a week, i screwed up and have been taking a couple of bong rips a day for the past couple of weeks, pretty high thc level. i've bought a few packets of certo to mix with gatorade. i dont plan on smoking anymore until the test, just going to exercise, hot tub, drink plenty of h2o and cranberry. can anyone give me anymore pointers or the best way to use the certo? undefined[COLOR=Red]

I suggest stop smoking right now, like this minute...Dilute yourself with water, drink like as much as you can instead of coke and fanta, just drink water...but try urinate like atleast 3-5 times a day. If your urine is still yellow it means it's still there, the certo you've bought um 32oz in packet of 8 oz... well go buy gatorade (only gatorade)... mix it with it...you can do either the hole 32oz at once which will make you piss alot, or u can do it in sections and split it over all day and urinate...there is no window really once it's out it's out...it wont come back in, just make sure you dont turn paranoid or stressed becoz that can trigger the effects to thrive in your system

Orrrrr you can take 14 roundy's brand 250mg niacin pills and then another 14 the next day both before you goto bed so you sleep through the itching and hotness......the ndrink water when you can to keep it clean...you dont have to drin kwater just make sure you do the 2 day niaci nthing 2 days before ur drug etst and you'll pass my friend...I've been smoking and passing drug tests this way for ages..

hey thanks for the advice- i'll let you know what worked- cause i'm tryin' to be real positive about this shit. i'll test tomorrow. if you don't see another message posted that probably means something went wrong,and i went back to the pen. it means alot that you guys responded to my thread. i live in vegas and am working on getting a med. marajuana approval from the dept. of agriculture. thanks
