Ok, so everybody thinks that I am this sweet, innocent little girl (at least when it comes to "drugs"-D.A.R.E. really messed me up for a few years) I've been smoking for almost 2 years now, and love it. I also know for a fact that my Dad is a major pothead. He smokes with his girlfriend all the time, and I'm pretty sure he smokes with my brother (at least thats what my mom told me) I don't want to be stupid and hide the fact that I smoke, but I don't want to make a big deal out of it, call him up and say "dad, i smoke pot".
Anyways, I was thinking that the next time he visits me, Him, my fiance, and myself should all smoke some from the peace pipe. My problem is how to go about it. "hey dad, wanna hit this?" or smoke in the backyard, where I know he'll find us so it will look like an accident, ask him directly, or what? We both have a really good sense of humor, so I'd like to do something funny. Especially if I had already smoked a joint or something. Lol. I can see it now What do you guys/gals think?

My pops lets me drink w/ him, when I go to see him in San Diego. He lets me, b/c he knows my mom is the toalitarian fascist neo nazi bitch type of parent, so he tries to balance it all out. We smoke pot to gether once when we were drunk. I jsut flat out asked him about pot, and he said, "well come here, and we'll try it."

I'd reccomend maybe asking your bro aboot how he went aboot it, or just going up to your dad and jsut asking him. DOesn't sound like he shit his pants or anything, so why be afraid?

yeah, alot of my friends get high with their dads. i know that my dad used to smoke likein high school alot, but only does occasionlay now. I just couldnt see myself smoking with my dad, or anyone that disiplines me in any way, just would feel weird. But yeah, if i were in your case, i would ask him straight up, dad, lets go spark the bong.

I've smoked for about 4 years now and my dad is a smoker too. I didn't know how to tell him either. What I did was I told my sister to tell that I smoked if he ever asked her. He did and we have smoked together ever since. I suggest going about telling him however you feel the most comfortable doing it, if that is what you decide to do.

Oh this is so funny. I had a friend in high school whos parents were closet hippies. Like they did the whole woodstock stuff back in the day but the got married got careers had a kid and cleaned up. But they still smoked pot. But no one really knew. Well we were over there alone and were smoking up in her back yard. When we get done her dad comes home. And we are so baked. Her dad is baked as well. And it was one of those things where we all looked at eachother and we knew. It was so candid. We all three busted out laughing uncontrollably. And after that her parents were like yeah we smoke. We have for years. We know you smoke. But were waiting for you to get older to let you know. It was great.

Just pull out the bag and ask him if he wants some. If you have a fiancee you're obviously old enough for him not to be mad.
