It's a chip made by TGIFridays ( also a restaurant chain in the U.S ) made to mimmick a pretty popular bar/grill appetizer called Potato Skins

A fried empty potato skin with bacon, cheese, chives that's then melted under a broiler and served with ranch dressing usually. It's one of my favorite appetizers when I go out to eat.



P.S - I'm high as fuck right now. I'm about to lick my computer screen and imagine eating an order of skins right now ...
