OK, To be British u r from either NORTHERN Ireland - Northern Irish
Scotland - Scotish
England - English
Wales - Welsh
Now, Because we are all part of the United Kingdom we call ourselves British (Not United Kingdomish)
Here in Northern Ireland there are 2 religions - Catholics - Who say they are Irish. (they live in Northern Ireland because its better.)
Protestants - Who say they are British.
There are generally more Protestants in Northern Ireland than Catholics.
You get the minority who couldnt care less (Like me)
Now, In IRELAND (Completely different country to Northern Ireland. Its like Its like America Mexico.) They call themselves Irish. The reason you rarely hear a person in Ireland say they are british is because it would be like finding a person in France speaking French)
Ireland isnt part of the United Kingdom - 4 nations:
Northern ireland
England
Wales
Scotland.
