oh but ps jagged..when i was in high school thats all kids ever got for getting caught with anything that had thc in it too. ive never seen anyone hauled away for a little tweeds.

Most be nice... The best I every heard was when a friend met up with his dealer in a parking lot, got surrounded by cops, cuffed him, scared the living crap out of him, took his weed, than gave him a citation... Apparently they had the guy under surveillance for a while.

They like to arrest people here for it...

I remember when I was in TX and bought a pipe they told me to buy a gram of tobacco as well. Apparently if you get pulled over in that wonderful state with a pipe and nothing else, they assume it is paraphernalia.
