u wont get possension as marijuana... i think the cop might think its weed and arrest u,,,but then he will find out it is not....but i also think he would just take it or something. Like when kids get caught with ciggs they usaully take em or break em...thats how it is here. Thats a good question tho

In high times there was an article about a kid who got caught with a bag of actual herbs. Kid got arrested for possession 'cause he thought it was pot.

Yeah, but when the test it they will realize there is no THC in it. Than what do you have. I think at most they would release you and write you a citation similar to ciggs under age.

Granted you will prob be in jail before they realize it isn't weed.
