imo the best way to do it is just make a tea out of it. its a lot easier to ingest, and youre much less likely to get nausiated.

amsterdam, people(few that they are) do nutmeg because its legal and less suspicious than buying 3 bottles of cough syrup at a time. and its sloooooowww, if thats your thing.
