How are the police where you are?

Like i've said a million times, i live on an island in the UK. Theres no major crimes here, so the police spend most of their time trying to bust kids for underage drinking.

However, once I get away from the 'burbs into Atlanta, the cops suddenly become much more cool. I remember an almost-collision with a downtown ATL cop, and we are all drunk and high and had some weed, he just came to window and said "be more careful next time", didnt even check the license. I think it's because he has thinks like shootings and crack-smokers to worry about.

How are the cops in your area? Are they assfuckers, or are they cool?

^sounds like u just described my area, they are fucking jackass...i dunno wats the point in calling other squad cars when they find a lil weed, they act like ur gonna do somtin crazy! Here the cops call there buddies up to make fun of how dumb u are...they are some of the biggest pricks. In the suburbs they have no crime to fight, so they waste there time on teens smoking and do other things, They also do sit around a lot parked for no reason....so stupid! I found out the more south i go in Virginia the more respectable they are, they treat people like people and they dont act like they are better then u like where i am...bitch ass cops..

In San Francisco the cops generally aren't too bad about weed from what I've heard. This girl I know was smoking in the park and some cops on horses came up to her and her friends and just told them to leave instead of busting them. Then again, I've never been caught, so I really don't have that great an idea about it.
