this one is easy...

meatballs, about a pound or so of meat...
bread...
provalone cheese...
ghee, with keif from some nice homegrown, sad to say not mine though

heat meat...

I buttered the bread with the ghee and put garlic salt on them then put the hot meat balls and the cheese... then baked for a little in an oven, open so the top half of the bread browned and the ghee got nice and toasty...

I had an idea to dye the meatball's blue and have a sub infested with blue meanies but no dye
