Like some others have said, drink water. Gatorade helps a lot too. Alcohol itself is a diuretic, meaning it makes you piss a lot, plus throwing up pretty much finishes the job. Your body ends up with less water than the Sahara. Much of the symptoms of a hangover are caused by dehydration, not the alcohol itself. I remember seeing a comedian a while back saying how he read about somebody dieing of dehydration and how it would be a terrible way to go. Imagine a hangover so bad it kills you.

Next time you drink, drink a couple of big glasses of water when your done and if its night time drink a real big glass just before you go to bed/pass out. You'll wake up feeling a lot better.

I always drink milk mixed with iron brew (if u americans have it) it looks rank but doesnt taste to bad and sorts me out fine

well when i have a bad hangover(had a little one this morning)i usualy smoke a joint to settle my stomach one take some advil for my head ache.or i just go back to sleep when i wake up feeling like shit(didnt get up untill 12:30 pm this morning )

lol whoever said to not talk about alcohol needs to suck a dick, alcohol isnt foul i love it, and yeah a hangover is dehydration, whenever i get drunk as fuck i force myself to drink 2 bottles of water before bed, i never get hangovers
