    Yeah Mate
I do it every year to one of my patches...
Like I said Last time this years Patch(12) that I snapped and stressed were Like I said the Most crystally Potent stinkyest Buds Of that yeald...

I always Have an Unstressed Patch to compare them to and Mate No shit Every stressed/Snapped Plant Has Been Better In every way...
But Mushroom compost is also another one of my "secrets".
I start my seedlings Off in eggcups full of Mushroom compost (Not magic Mushys Just regular Mushy compost).
and they Have been the healthyest Plants I have done..
also This Year was the 13th True Generation(I always Let one go to seed). so they just keep getting stronger...

i understand exactly all that you say,we should rite a book.cuz not to many ppl agree with this way but it is better,i too have different areas of my grow that are done completly different just to know the facts u no.groundbreakers we are if we just promote this way more, but like me im sure you dislike some remarks when they mostly never had on hand experience like us in this tekneek or way, plus our soils .especially after yrs of doing it this way,we know the outcome.great job on ideas and ways to better the j,s
