a LONG TIME! im gonna guess ur fat? thc stores itself in fat and u have to burn the fat to get it out of there otherwize whenever u go for a walk or something it'll release a bit of thc into ur system and it'll get metabolized and shit and ull have these metabolites floating around in ur system and fail ur test!
