Just listen to CALMING music, I had the same thing happen last Friday, since I was so stoned. I had smoked a huge blunt, 5 joints, and 20+ bowls. Me and my friends were chilling in my friends room late at night with no lights on except a lavalamp and creepy music on, I though zombies were gonna come surround the house and kill us for about 20 minutes, he changed the song and I was fine, we watch a movie, passed out, and that's it. Sweet room though, very comfy.
