Hi, everyone - I've been a LONG time gone from this site dealing with medical problems, but I'm glad I came back and re-registered! I like the new site design, interface, and it seems friendlier in here.

I don't smoke the kind bud, but I cook with it. We all know that smoke is bad for you, right? Well, I just had half my tongue base taken out along with a couple of cysts...a giant lymphoma scare that thankfully turned out to be benign - for now. So smoking ANYTHING is no longer an option. In fact, it's been a couple of years since I actually had a toke. I suffer from one of those "invisible" auto-immune diseases that kicks your system into overdrive so that it starts attacking itself. I have found a diet / natural drug & supplement regimen that keeps this MF in check, and of course, that includes pot. Those of you suffering from any similar disease will agree that it makes a HUGE difference in the quality of our lives. So keep fighting to get it decriminalized or legalized in your own home state! It can happen - look at Arizona, of all places.

In any case, peace to everyone - and if you're an autoimmune/chronic disease (excuse the pun) sufferer, I'd love to hear from you. People just don't understand what it's like, I know... but I do. Take care of yourselves!
