I have one female plant, could i just keep my fluros on her through out the

YEs if you have 3 or so of these:

CFLs are tough to grow thru flower because they have to be so damn close to the plant surface. As your plant grows OUT, its tuff to keep the CFLs close enuff without burning now and then.
