I can't say I agree with smoking not to get fucked up. Maybe I'm just shallow or just a novice smoker (about 3 years or so) but I do it to have a good time or enjoy it. Nothing drastic like fiending for a high..but I like the feeling it gives me (how it fucks me up). I think both of your points are more similar than different just expressed with different words..

Oh yeah..as for girls that smoke..they're few and far between in the circle of people I hang with. I'm sure they're out here but I just haven't found em yet

My wife doesn't really smoke (every once in awhile), but it is all good. I smoke with friends.. But, I have found my younger friends smoke to get fucked up as was mentioned. I smoke to connect, to pacify the chaos of the mind. Any drug I put into my body, excluding alcohol, I do for creative or spiritual lessons. I am 33, don't need to do shit to just get fucked up. But, then again I am a lightweight, I fucking have hallucinations when I get really stoned. haha..

Which is why I tried shrooms the other night for the first time.. whew, talk about lightweight and hallucinations! Ahhh good times... (yeah, yeah, 33 and the first time, I am a late bloomer).

I smoke weed and I am in your age group, however I am taken. I smoke more than my bf, but for different reasons. (medical) He is an artist type who smokes for the creative, one with the world vibe. It is great smoking out with your other, good luck in your search. (start hitting on girls you meet in head shops)

Personally i'm glad my girl doesn't smoke. It saves me money and she will buy it for me if i can't find it.
