chicken little

I've been looking around here for a little while now and have noticed that fudge and brownies are about the only thing talked about on this thread... oh and cannabutter and the many different right ways to do it. I've been in an experimental mood with cooking pot and will be trying a few different recipes for a little while and will let you guys/gals try them out for yourself and see what you think...

I had a chicken sandwich for the allman brothers show this weekend and it worked wonderfully. Here's how I made it

about 3 tablespoons olive oil
5 breaded chicken fingers, precooked but frozen
8 slices of bread
cup or so of Japs
and 2 slices of cheese, i used jack
and about a half eight of some mids... not a whole lot for mids (fyi)

Heat oil on stove with bud in to... olive oil has a lower flame point then veg or butter so keep the temp low but hot enough to cook the chicken. After about 5 min of cooking the chicken I cut it up and had a lot of excess oil, so I took the oil and chicken and put them on four pieces of bread. Still had a little oil left in the pan so I used it to butter the other 4 slices. Then added the japs and cheese and put the other slice of bread on it and cooked in the over just to brown the bread and dry them up a little.

In all it makes four sandwiches, inwhich I ate two for the drive, about 4 hours, and two for the show... they worked great and I hope this will help those of you who want to try something different.
