Going to Italy in August for my Honeymoon- Need Help

We are going for two weeks and I would like to be able to puff while I am away.

Is it terribly difficult to take a small amount of herb with me? Anyone know where in Rome I can get anything?

I heard they have a Hash bar there, but I wouldnt know where to find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't really traveled out of America, but I would never take and illict subtances in a plane. They always have dogs sniffing away at random people and luggage. I am sure the locals could tell you where hash bars are. If you feel comfortable asking people about herb hookups, I would suggest asking some people at a bar. But just be careful, a lot of people are just looking for an easy target such as a Tourists.

You probably won't find anything in Vatican City, although they burn insence during Mass at St. Peters LOL.... Have some great vino and limoncello. Stay cool as Rome is very HOT in August. LOTS OF GELATO. Any other destination cities/towns in Italia besides Roma ??? I went to Roma and Amalfi Coast last September.

Take a tube of toothpaste and stuff a bag of bud inside then leave it in your big luggage. The mint will destroy the smell and disguise it at the same time. Take it out at your destination and have a romantic bliff.

Hey there - Italian gal here. Well, I don't really have any family or good friends in THAT city (you'd have to be traveling further north), but here's what I think is an obvious tip. First of all, in the past I might have suggested that you loiter around the Spanish Steps, but they've really cleaned it up. And remember, the Italians are doing their own terrorist "round-ups", so there are a LOT of Carabinieri (State Police) and undercover around, and they're really on the ball. What I would do is go to a really poplular disco / club in the evening, and maybe ask a bartender who speaks a little English, from whom you might be able to score a "canna" (joint) or two. That's about as far as I would go. Whatever you do, DO NOT travel there with it. You'll probably get out of here alright (with our airport security being such a joke), but you'll see a BIG difference the second you get off the plane there. Remember - they never even installed jetways in Italian airports for reasons of security (remember the Red Brigades in the '70s?), so you have to get by a line of machine-gun armed police on your way to the TRAM, which then takes you to the terminal for your security check. Have fun, but be careful!
