some 'folks' are 'funny'

have you ever decided you need some new friends?
i realized a few things are fact i though was a maybe
when im broke and have no weed i rarely see any of my so called friends,.they wont even call to ask me if want to go do things,Now if they know i have a bag,they are at my house alot ,just stopping by .
some will bring a lil jiont sometimes,usually a jiont and have somebody with them to help smoke it Knowing i will roll one being social,
I decided fuck it,im gonna just stop social smoking cuase i get tired of hearing "man i had some killer last night" or 'You missed some great smoke i had "
you ask them "what you forget where i live when ya had it".?

so im just gonna stop smoking with 99.9% of them altogether see how many "friends "i have left after i let them know i wont be rolling up any out my bag and do not want to smoke any of theirs.
you smoke your own and i'll smoke my own deal.
i think it a sign of the times when so many around me are such BOGARTS that im forced to say fuck all of em the good the bad and the ugly,just so i can keep a jiont around to have when i need it
i smoke medically,not to get stoned,although i like to get stoned,
i am smoking my last roach now, i will get more this afternoon .
i will smoke up and for the first time in my life think selfishly about my weed.
i will be a bogart for a while
see how things work out
cuase i cant afford my friends
they are to" high maintenence"

anyone out there have them people in thier life
they thought were friends
but 'Just Aint'
how did we get to know these people anyway?
thats what i ask myself right now about a few folks,

Wow, i know exactly what you mean. I'm a genorous guy when it comes to the ganja. I smoke my friends up for free coz' i'm just a nice guy like that. Maybe, like, 1 time they'll bring a miniscule amount of bud. That's because people in this world are so fucking selfish. Always thinking about themselves. Always looking after "number 1." Fuck anybody else that gets in my way, as long as i succeed i will destroy everyones hopes and dreams and sleep happily at night. I say NO MORE! I'm fighting back, if you can't beat them join them. I must put a stop to the madness! No more free weed for them. Howdy NWM..and good mornin,

I've gotten rid of the moocher friends,so I think that yer wise to do the same,besides,they ain't really got yer back-when it comes down to it . I'd rather go without,than mooch..I sleep better at night.

Actually though,I do feel like somewhat of a mooch,because of my generous friends I desperately want to pay y'all back..but I don't have anything to compare to what my friend's have so generously given..I'm working on it though !

yeah man i know exactly what your talking about, i had to do a bit of "spring cleaning" last year. dropped hints etc, bein polite about it but it wasnt 'sinkin in so i told em to fuck off until they got their own green. didnt see most of em again, but a few reformed and now we're better friends than before.
some ppl are weird, personally if someone is generous to me i dont feel right until ive returned the generosity, whilst others just dont give a fuck they just milk u like ur a fat dairy cow if u let em.

I have some friends like that, and it does wonders for my self esteem knowing they are only around to get what they can. It seems that is about the only people I meet anymore that will actually call me back to try and establish a friendship. I don't know what to do because if I cut all those people out, I will be down to no social friends at all.

A friend and I split 40 dollars worth of weed. We went camping. We smoked like 1/2 of it together, and I fell asleep. He then smoked the remaining half while I was asleep without asking or paying me. He then lost the title of "a friend".

Only smoke with people you don't mind smoking out and don't expect some back from. I'll smoke with my girlfriend, and I'll smoke with a couple of my friends pretty much whenever. But, I've actually given up on social smoking as well. Too many people out for personal gain rather then to just chill and have a good time.

You know their thought process before they come is "If we bring 1 small joint between us, he'll roll a joint as well. Probably a fat one. Meaning we get more then we put in." LAME. Fuck that noise, man. I'll smoke aquaintences matching bowls, and friends I'll smoke out no problem if I actually think they're friends. But cmon, that's some loser mentality up there.

Also, I recently smoked a guy out, a cool guy. At the end of the weekend he had been wasted a couple good times with me, and he asked me how much he owed me. This was a cool as shit thing to do and so I told him he didn't owe me. Keep your eyes open because not everyone is a mooch. More are then aren't in my experience, though.

ScarlettCrush: Make friends who you don't smoke pot with on a regular basis. To be completely honest, I've found those friends to be more enjoyable then any stoner friend I've ever had, and sadly ((yes, this is a generalization)) more trustworthy. The pursuit of intoxication runs strong in some potheads. Strong enough to mooch off people without guilt.

I'd be too embarassed to mooch off somebody, I'd feel ashamed. I'd smoke/snort/drink their stuff but they'd get it back. I don't mind sharing my stuff either, I actually like sharing but only with people I know are OK. I hang about with my own family now rather than people I'm not related too so I don't mind giving stuff too them, I'll give anything to my family. If someone is mooching off you all the time you only have to say the two magic words- fuck and off.
