Yea wind is actually NEEDED to circulate the air around the plants to make sure they have fresh CO2. Plus the stem rocking back n forth in the wind creates micro tears in the stem and when they heal they heal stronger then they were (like a broken knuckle on boxers.) But a lot of people say that you're supposed to keep the fan on 24/7 but I think that the plants need to take the time to actually heal so I just have my fan plugged into the timer along with the lights. And I also water them at their "night" because when it rains in nature there usually isn't very much sunlight is there? Plus at night the ground gets pretty wet.

Yea DA1 is correct. However, I leave my fans on all the time. No damage done.

As for watering, atually I think it should be done during their "morning' time. This prevents water and fluid build up on the leaf surface. The plant can breath easier without the water saturation.

THough I am not sure this will result in any less yeild or flower strength.

Cool guys thanks. thats what i was thinking but i just wanted to make sure. As for me I water just before/after the lights go off. usually around here it rains at dusk/night and so thats what i mimic. and then i dont have to worry about wet leaves in the light.

If you think the air movement will top your plants over then use a stake and tie them up. That should make you feel better, but keep up the air movement.

ANd be careful when inserting the stake. Don't drive the stake right through the root heart.

Better off at this point to tie them in a pyramid to the pot and main stem, kinda like new baby trees are done when planted outside.
