My list is incredibley large so i will break them into groups and only put 5 for each:

Rock:Hendrix,Floyd,The dead,Skynyrd and the doors.
Rap:Nas,Wu-tang,36 mafia and wu-tang
Jungle:HYPE,Ak1200,Shy FX,Aphrodite and Andy C
