Why can't I get a job?????

I fucking NEED a job, but the whole process is such a bitch.

I'm a very respectable looking citizen (in fact I look rather nerdish, which has gotten me out of trouble so many times -- cops take one look at me and think, by my dress alone, that I'm a mormon -- when I'm the EXACT opposite). My resume is short, but not too bad.

Places never call. I can't even get a fucking interview. I call and they say they'll call me.

I know so many stupid, shabby and unrespectable looking people who have jobs -- how in the fuck do they get them??

Anyway. What jobs does everyone have? I'm curious.

You might be overqualified for the job you're looking for. One of my friends is intelligent, dresses well, does great at interviews and she has a masters. Yet shes been rejected at starbucks, grocery stores, and other places. Go figure.
