im a stupid, shabby dissrespectfull looking person and i dont even know how i got a job..i have a criminal record too. I just applied at like 30 places and one called me back.

That's what you have to do right there. Just apply EVERYWHERE. Sooner or later someone will call you back. If you just want some cash and a job soon that's the easiest way to do it. Also, be forward but not pushy when you go apply. Hope you find one.

maybe you need to work on your solicitating skills? who knows man, why don't you ask them why they didn't consider you for the job. Atleast they'll be giving info to work with for future interviews...

I'm currently job hunting to. I have applied at a temp place and went in for an interview, but they haven't called me with any job offerings yet. I also applied at Barnes and Nobel, Games by James, and OfficeMax just this past weekend and I will be following up on those tomorrow and maybe calling the temp place back too. Finding jobs really sucks expecially when you haven't worked in over a year
