It's only considered a big deal beause people MAKE it a big deal. If people just accepted the truth then it would probably be legal, and seen not even as bad as cigarettes. Everyone would probably smoke and the world would be cooler. I bet you the leaf would replace the canadian flag's current leaf (that would be ill!) and find its way into so many cooler things in like 100 years of it being legalized. :-P

Just prove her wrong by showing her that you are a responsible person able to meet all your academic and personal/social obligations and she'll see in time that weed isnt so bad after all.

you d have a better chance of stopping the tide from coming in than getting your mom to stop caring about you or what you do but like the previous post said keep your shit togeather and keep your grades up and she will soon stop worrying about what you are doing on your own time if you are going to be a stoner you better get used to having to do every thing better than others because every mistake you make will deff. be blamed on your weed use so prove them wromg

most parents thinks if thier kid smokes dope a dont do so good in school and beyond its the weeds fualt but smoking weed to escape is just a symptom of something other not going right in the kids life,if they dive into it and keep themself locked away from reality,yes they use weed to help do that
but it aint weed that makes them want to seek comfort in other things

people need to try to talk to thier kids as people,
