well cannabonoids (sp?) remains in your system anywhere from 20-90 days, i have read/heard this. it also depends on the duration of your use and your body fat, thc and such are stored in fatty tissue. good luck!

Drink between half to a gallon of water a day. And lots of green tea as well. If you don't have a lot of body fat, you'll be fine, especially if you only smoked a little, the water should take care of it, if you smoked a lot and fequently, then thats different. Go to GNC and ask for the Blue Drink, they'll know what you're talking about, it works.

My girlfriend and her friend got piss tested about a month ago. Her friend had to redo the test because her urine was way too deluted because she drank so much water trying to get it out of her system, so if you drink water day and night you may have enough time to delute the test and then have a little bit more to clean it out. Good luck, man.
