I don't have any local contacts. I turned to the internet as a safe way of hooking up with a provider. At first it seemed promising. "Yea, I can hook you up with some good stuff, vacuum sealed, blah, blah, blah. Just send me $ first." Well, I trusted my new found "friends" twice and got ripped off both times.
