i'm not even a liberal, he's just basically your typical citizen of an empire, blind to everything but the left/right world he's had thrown in his face since he was born.

it takes form over substance.

i hear nothing when it comes out weeks later when whatever the government said a few weeks ago to boost everyone's love for war turns out to be false...we caught this #2 guy! look! there he is...see! we're making progress!

a few weeks later, oh he was some tinpot loser who couldn't even light his shoe on fire...then people don't care. they still act like what they were first told is true...


pat tillman died bravely in battle fighting terrorists! whoa! he was actually on the tail of bin laden himself!

oh shit, sorry, we lied, he was shot by another friendly soldier. oops. they milk the lies for all they're worth, knowing they're telling lies, then reveal later it was a lie...and no one cares.


that, along with coming out ahead of a story, focusing on some minute issue, use the buzzwords conspiracy theory to reinforce in peoples' minds that there's no way the loving government would lie...then they discredit any real information about whatever they were talking about.

FOX and CNN do this, it caters to both sides.



this is called doublethink, and our government didn't invent it. it's also called propaganda, and governments using this sophisticated level of propaganda as ours, after thousands of years of perfecting it...should be a great cause for concern...it never ends in more freedom.

it's not even that sophisticated, just effective.

i can't stress enough how hard and fast this constitutional republic is dying...things have happened so incrementally...look at the level of control and loss of overall privacy we've had in 50 years...the same companies and families in power that funded and aided some of the most vicious recent dictators, are helping along our new freedom.

America will be a third world dictatorship in 20 years.
