Well, here??s a different opinion. But, what worked for me is not for everybody.

Since you??ve had some considerable experience with mind altering substances, my advice is take it alone or with one or two people that you know well - especially the first time. Too many people can be distracting - unless they are very experienced and serious about this. I haven't done it in many years (decades!), but 100 mics sounds about right for the first time. The first time I did it, in the late 1960??s (16 years old), I was alone in my room all night and had no problems whatsoever. Many subsequent trips were not as profound, or relaxed, either.

My instincts tell me that these legal so-called "drugs" that people are doing are not comparable to acid, but I've never taken them to get high. I never got "sick" from LSD at all. That's one of the best things about it - it's very cerebral and any physical sensations you get are usually mild, not very noticeable, and even pleasant.

I used to have this book, The Psychedelic Experience by Dr. Tim et al, in hardcover, now it??s online (for free). It??s kind of dated, quaint and charming in some ways, but can be very reassuring to read prior to your trip. If the parts about having a ??guide? seem a bit over the top, remember that these drugs were very new to most people in the 60??s. And, the Sandoz pharmaceutical acid that they usually used was very strong.

If you want to go out and walk around, like another person said, you??ll be OK ?? but I think that you??ll miss out on a lot of worthwhile things ?? it??s just my opinion, based on my experience, not a hard and fast rule. I??ve done it in all kinds of situations (alone, at concerts, movies, parties, etc.), with different results ?? the majority of them were good trips (??There??s no such thing as a bad trip?)

LSD I might be able to get my hands on some, I don't have a huge experience with psychedelics, ive done weed, alc, dxm, vike, and various legal drugs that i regret i.e. benadryl (DON'T do this, its hell), morning glory (just made me sick as hell), and nutmeg (ew). I've done about 900 mgs of dxm before which was pretty insane, but i handled it okay...is about 100 micros of lsd more or less instense than that? How much should I take for the first time? Also...I'm probley going to take it with a Rating: 5
