I carry just a small bottle of pepper spray with me usually wherever I go..even to school. You never know when it might come in handy..and if you've never seen it used on someone..it drops them on their ass QUICK.

dude, you live in the uk so u really dont now about US gangs and their mentallity. alot of these people have no regard for human life not even their own. their in gangs by third grade and usually dead or in jail before 25. and its not always the media its their shitty neighberhoods and deadbeat drug addict parents who let them run wild.

Only insecure cowards can't handle getting a good old fashioned ass kicking and respond by "popping a cap" in the ass of the person who did the kicking. I'm assuming your joking here NowhereMan, so I'm not calling you a coward, but this has been a pet peeve of mine for a while.

Back when I was in school (mid '80s) I got into a bunch of fights. Sometimes I'd kick some ass and sometimes I get my ass kicked. But back then if you lost you dealt with it like a man. Or a least like a 15yo trying to act like a man. In other words you sucked it up.

Now, every time I turn around I read in the paper or hear on the news how so and so got into a fight and afterwards the loser went back and shot the winner. Now I'm more afraid of getting into a fight and winning, not losing.

I'm mean, really, isn't it kind of cheating. Its like "Hey, this guy just beat the shit out of me because I can't fight as good as he can. Well, I'll be a real man and just go get a gun and shoot him" Come on people.
