    Anybody pracice tai chi?

I'm gonna join the Taoist tai chi society this august, but god I wish I didn't have to wait so long to join . I was just wondering if any of you guys practice and what you've gained from it. also what the differences in styles are if you know.

i praticed kung-fu 3 years in my life. and we were doin tai-chi also. its pretty good for your chi, internal force. one of the master of my kung-fu style was praticing tai-chi since like 50 years and he had to sleep like 3 hours a night and he was fully recovered. tai-chi is pretty awesome and relaxing. but i lost my motivation and i stopped.

at least im training in a training center. anyway have fun there
