Do you mean how long it will affect you? Well i ate an eigth and hit me for like 4-6 hours dont rember.

Depending on Your body mass and the amount of Shrooms you eat, I say anywhere 4-6 hours average. Eat them on an empty stomach and was them down with LOT of Orange Juice.

i would clear at least 8 hours out of you schedule to do them
