DXM is quite safe physically, if you're using it frequently I would be more worried about going insane...because you probably will.

Mellow, you must drink the whole bottle and yes, it tastes bad. Drink with water is what I do or if you take a few hard drags off a cigerette first, that will numb your throat enough to chug some down without tasting it.

Actually, 118 ml or a 4 ounce bottle, but yeah, half the bottle will do something, but the whole bottle is fine and isn't that crazy. The 350 number that you are referring to is the miligrams of dxm in a 4 ounce bottle, well 354 to be exact, and for a first timer 240 mg to a whole bottle is needed. I once went through 3 bottles in a day and that was crazy, but one bottle is fine.
