they asked how do you grow outside. I understand the fact you need to germinate your seeds, but put them in a pot? add fertilizer? this sounds like indoor growing to me. I assume you both meant, to germinate the seeds by placing in moist towlette, until it cracks open and sprouts, then go outside and dig up about 6" x 6" hole about 8" deep, take dirt and mix some fertilizer in with this dirt. backfill the hole with this mixture of dirt/fertilizer then plant seed in the middle about 2" deep into the soil. Keep eye on it,mother nature should be able to take over, however if you want you can help her out a little lightly water it(water mixed with nutrient). The top layer of dirt after while may look dry but all that matters is the underneath layer(don't overwater). This is something you'll have to get a eye for.
I'm not sure, I'm no expert. Just my thoughts

Start them in the ground by all means BUT then you might have huge problems from preditors eg slugs bugs rabbits.
Start them indoors under lights if ya have em (I use my window sills) what ever sill the sun come through is where my plants sit. grow em till they are gonna be able to compete with other plants coz I had a few of mine strangled by other plants.

REMEMBER nature= suvival of the fittest. Think how many baby animals get eaten by preditors you have to nurture them till the are strong enuff. Its a dog eat dog world out there.
