I mean, we're talking about just having the stemming leaves, still in a vegetative state, technically because they are still in a vegetative state they should not be considered a controlled substance until budding, am I wrong? I mean, what if i'm just watering these babies, don't smoke it, deal it, traffic it, have no priors and live a normal life, but get busted with having say, 500 baby marijuana plants? Any Rating: 5
