Think I passed?

I've been smoking for about 8 years about 1/2 joint a day. I excercise for an hour a minimum of 2x's a week. I had a drug test for a new job. It was the 5-50/300 test. I haven't smoked for one week and I've been drinking tons of water, cranberry juice and green tea. I drank "The Liquid Stuff 16oz" this morning about an hour and 45 mins before the test along with 2 1/2 refills of that bottle with water. I pissed about 3 times before I went there. Anyway by the time I got there I had to pee sooo bad!! I pissed in the toilet a little, then in the cup (which went WAY over the 60cc's) dumped some out, then pissed some more in it, then did that again! Don't ask I was NERVOUS!!! Anyways, was that a pretty good cleansing routine? When do they usually let you know if you passed??
