THIS guy is the idiot, nowone said theyd been trying to play the team for years.

He thern says "and NOW" so the PRESENT TENSE, they (the ONDCP) is unwilling to even play a friendly game etc...

So looks like English is actually ONDCP's problem, not the Stoners
