Gumby is correct. Almost any light (other than incandescent) will do for the first few days or week...maybe 2.
But after that, no way.
Insidesun is cool but discounthydro is cheaper than anything I have found on the whole www.com
But no, your light you have hotlinked is worthless to you for all intents and purposes.
