2.Go with 20x or 25x and try for 2 or 3 hits held deep for around 20 seconds (you should start to feel it about then). My first time all that was left was one hit and it did the trick but I think a couple more would have been even better. You're going to have to gauge it yourself but usually 2 or 3 hits is about right.
