The white stuff is powder mildew, you need to monitor the humidity closely. To correct the problem with powder mildew you burn sulfur tablets in pots. The mildew will destroy your crop if you don't act now.

I looked at my grow cube this morning and now I have alot of algae (green stuff) growing on my growdan. But now I also have this white powdery crap that is also growing around the algae as well.
