DXM is DXM. The only difference is what other ingredients are in the pill/syrup.

Coricidin Cough & Cold Just went to town and bought some triple c's. this will be my first time dexing with coricidin and i've been told by many many friends that it is alot different than robotussin, delsym, ect.
