What kind of genius are you? First off, there's plenty of ways to get dex and ONLY dex, right on the same shelf as triple C's. Second, just because you didn't OD doesn't mean you didn't do your body damage. Believe it or not, things can happen inside you that you do not realize.

Coricidin has 30mg DXM, 4mg Chlorpheniramine Maleate. So say you want a 300mg DXM dose, pretty average. That means 40mg CPM. There's kind of a reason they only put 4mg in each pill, you know.
