How would this work?

I have a large cooler what if I placed the seeds in the wet soil, in the cups, inside the empty cooler with or without a heating pad?


The reason I am asking is this.

The cooler would keep the seeds in a dark place, and it would help control the temp. My wife keep the apt kinda cool and the cooler can be stuck in the closet with no reason for suspension.
