If it isn't a flourescent, HPS, or MH, then from what I know, it won't work. Check to see if its actually a CFL (compact flourescent light) and the 50, 60, & 65 watts is actually the stated watt usage. CFL's have low watt usage but put out a lot more light. My 42W bulbs each put out 150W (2600 Lumens) and I have 2 of those over my babies right now. Goodluck.

I looked more and found the "bulb" style grow lights. They come in 50,60, & 65 watts. I was going to use one of thoes clamp on work lights. My set up so far is this: Tall cardboard box, lined with one of thoes insulatino (foil looking) camping blanet things. I have a large 2' square hole cut in the front and a small fan to move the air. So, would the light set up work? Should Rating: 5
